ALASTAIR FERGUSON
Finance Director
Alastair joined the Club in June 2007 and is responsible of the day-to-day running of the Finance Department as well as supporting the Commercial operations and the Board in the execution of its strategic agenda.
Having read law at Cambridge University, Alastair qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) in 1986. He has held a number of senior financial positions with ADT, Sony Music, Carlisle Group plc and latterly as Group Financial Controller of Systems Union Group plc, an AIM-listed international software business.
Alastair lives in Chesham, Bucks with his wife, Tamara and two daughters Helen and Kirsty.

PADDY FLAVIN
Projects Director
Paddy Flavin has been a member of Watford FC's senior management team since 1999, and, as Services Director, has executive responsibility for the management of the Vicarage Road stadium and all club facilities.
Key duties include event planning and management; concert management; local authority liaison; safety advisory group oversight (working with the County Council); and risk management.
Under Paddy's stewardship, Vicarage Road has been officially recognised by the Home Office as the safest Premier League or Championship football ground in England and Wales.
Prior to joining Watford, Paddy was a senior police officer. He served with the Hertfordshire Constabulary and rose to the rank of Divisional Commander.
He is married to Cheryl. They have two daughters.

JULIAN WINTER
Community Director
Julian Winter joined Watford FC in April 2006 as Community Director.
He heads up the Club's Community Sports & Education Trust and also sits on the club's senior management team.
He is a former professional footballer who played for Huddersfield Town and Sheffield United and was unfortunate to have his playing career cut short at the age of 27 by a serious knee injury.
He completed a degree in Recreation Management after his retirement from the game and has since been in involved for over ten years in community based football provision working as a the Community Officer for Grimsby Town, Regional Director for the National Community Programme in Professional Football and as the Community Manager for Sheffield Wednesday.
He now takes on the new challenge of taking the excellent work of the WFC Community Sports & Education Trust to a wider audience in terms of participation and partnership development and to assisting in the club's stadium development programme.
Julian is currently living in Sheffield (re-location pending) and is married to Pauline. They have four children.

KATIE WAREHAM
Director of New Projects
Katie Wareham has worked at Watford Football Club for over 11 years. For most of that time she worked within the club's Finance Department, reaching the position of Financial Controller in 2003.
In the Summer of 2006 she was promoted to the Senior Management Team in the role of New Projects Director and more lately Operations Director.
In her role, she leads the redevelopment of the Vicarage Road Stadium, being accountable for delivering the project on time, on brief and on budget.
Aged 32, Katie was raised in Watford and educated at Watford Girls Grammar School. She now lives in Croxley Green with her partner Ian and 10-year-old daughter, Ami, who attends local school, Laurance Haines.
