RECENTLY building work has stepped up a pace in the south west corner of Watford's Vicarage Road stadium.

Supporters will see that Keir London have been busy in that corner with the demolition of the turnstile block, removal of the concourse slab and excavation work beginning.

Building work in this corner of the ground plays a key part in the redevelopment of the ground. When completed the south west corner will house the tunnel, changing rooms, players' lounge and media facilities.

The building in the south west corner is essential to enable the club to commence work on a new East Stand.
