Local lad O'Toole is yet another player to have come through the ranks at Vicarage Road under the watchful eye of David Dodds and the Academy. A tough tackling central midfielder, O'Toole spent a time on loan with fellow youngster Theo Robinson at non league Wealdstone during the final stages of the 2006/07 season.
O'Toole has become a regular for the reserves and made his debut for the first team after coming off the bench in the Carling Cup game against Southend. He then made his league debut just a matter of days later, this time coming off the bench in the home win over Ipswich Town.
Made his debut for the Republic of Ireland's Under 21 side in late 2007, scoring on his home debut for Eire.
