HORNETS DOWN UNDER
WATFORD'S Australian Supporters Club will be meeting this coming weekend to watch the Hornets take on Hull City in the play-off semi-final at Vicarage Road.
Hornets Down Under were founded in 2006 and have gone from strength-to-strength in recent years.
Exiled Watford supporters Geoff Boreland and Mark Worrell emigrated from Hemel Hempstead in the late nineties and have been spreading the word down under ever since.
So if you're in Oz and fancy joining some like minded people to cheer on the Hornets, then please see the details below.
Hornets Down Under will be at the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel, Sydney on Sunday 11th May to watch the play-off semi-final verses Hull City.
The pre-match curry will be at the Vrindavan Indian Restaurant and everyone will be meeting at 7.00pm.
If you are planning on attending please visit their website here and let them know as they have to book a table.
Kick off for the big game is at 9pm Australian time and the restaurant is about five minutes away from Pyrmont Bridge Hotel.
Commentary is arranged in the upstairs bar so it should be the place to be for any exiled Hornets in Australia!
